Shipping & Returns

Australian Shipping:

We charge a flat rate depending on the weight of your order.

 500g-1kg = $10.00

1kg -3kg = $16.45

3kg+ =  $20.50

We use Australia Post e-parcel which takes approximately two to four days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, a little longer to South Australia and up to 4 weeks to Western Australia (AUS Post Delays). Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

Returns:

Refunds are available up to 7 days from the day you receive your parcel. If your product is found to be defective upon delivery  and you have insurance on your parcel we will offer a replacement if the item is in stock. If we are unable to provide the same item we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months or a refund.
